Trophy will be awarded to top three Team and Medals for 6 Board Prizes.Criteria for Board Prizes
1. Team score must have minimum 50% game points of championship.
2. Percentage.
3. Game descending.
4. Ranking of Team.
5. A, B, C and D Board has to play minimum 5 games and E ,F extra players have to play 4 games.
Each team shall consist of four players (A, B, C, D) and two reserve player (E, F). The seeding of the teams will be done on the basis of the average rating of the best four players. While sending entries, the names of all the players with their FIDE ID and their respective FIDE RATINGS, if any, should be given to enable the arbiters to arrive at the times’ average rating for seeding purposes. The Tournament shall be played by Team Swiss System under the FIDE LAW OF Chess. The number of rounds shall be Seven and shall be decided based on the entries for Team (accordingly, the schedule may be changed for Team)
A time control of 60 minutes each plus 30 seconds increment per move from move number one will be followed.
The default time is 15 minutes.
Before the commencement of the Championship a five member committee of Appeal with two reserves shall be formed from amongst the senior participants and officials present at the Technical meeting. All the five members and reserves will be from different Teams. No member of the committee shall vote on a dispute in which a player from his own unit is involved and in such cases the reserve member(s) shall take his/ their places in the committee.
No participant will leave the venue before the prize distribution function without the permission of the Chief Arbiter. The participants disregarding this rule will be suspended for one year.
