The placement process at IES University is systematic, transparent, and student-centric, ensuring that every student gets equal opportunity and support. A centralized digital portal enables students to upload their profiles, track placement opportunities, and participate actively in the recruitment process—facilitating seamless coordination among students, faculty coordinators, and placement officials.
Moreover, the CDC organizes regular events such as debate competitions, group discussions, and public speaking contests, providing platforms to improve confidence and communication.

CDC maintains regular interaction with the corporate houses through Orientation programs, guest lectures, industry visits, forums, corporate get-togethers and Alumni Interaction etc. Training and Placement Cell helps students by counseling them to choose an appropriate career depending on their aptitude and interest. We also takes the responsibility of conducting events like Personality Development Programs for the students, Conferences & Seminars and Education & Career Fairs.
