The Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is a 4½-year undergraduate professional program (including 6 months compulsory internship) designed to prepare skilled physiotherapy professionals. The program focuses on human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, rehabilitation sciences, neurology, orthopedics, cardiopulmonary physiotherapy, and sports injury management. Through clinical training, hospital postings, and hands-on therapeutic practice, students develop expertise in restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving functional ability. The BPT program emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, rehabilitation techniques, and ethical healthcare delivery to prepare graduates for diverse clinical and wellness settings.
