IES University, Kalkheda, Ratibad Main Road, Bhopal – 462044, Madhya Pradesh, India has not authorized any individual, agent, consultant, organization, or third party to collect admission fees, tuition fees, hostel fees, or any other payments on its behalf unless officially notified by the University.

All applicants and students are hereby advised that:

1. All payments related to admissions, examinations, hostel, transport, or any other University fees must be made only through the official payment modes prescribed by IES University.

2. Students and parents should not pay any amount in cash or through personal bank accounts, UPI IDs, QR codes, or other payment methods suggested by any unauthorized person claiming to represent the University.

3. The University does not recognize any verbal or written assurances, promises, guarantees, commitments, or agreements made by any person outside the University campus or by any unauthorized representative regarding admission, scholarships, fee concessions, placements, examinations, or any other academic or administrative matter.

4. Any payment made or commitment accepted outside the official University procedures shall be entirely at the student's/ applicant's own risk and responsibility.

5. IES University shall not be liable or responsible for any financial loss, fraud, misrepresentation, or dispute arising from dealings with unauthorized persons or agencies.

6. Students and parents are advised to verify all admission-related information directly from the University's official Admission Office before making any payment or accepting any commitment.

The University reserves the right to take appropriate legal and disciplinary action against any individual or organization found misusing the name of IES University or engaging in unauthorized admission or fee collection activities.
