About Department

The department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering is a part of IES Institute of Technology and Management, a constituent unit under the IES University. The university has well furnished laboratories and digital class rooms, software and library with more than 15000 volumes of text books and reference books with subscribed e-journals. The Department of Electrical and Electronic is intended to prepare competent, creative and innovative Electrical Engineer. It is offering one Undergraduate course. It has established labs and research facilities in the field of Communication Engineering, Signal Processing and VLSI.

To develop technically sound, competent and innovative technocrats in the field of for providing solutions on various platforms and capable of taking up academic and research professions.

To provide appropriate facilities for effective teaching learning process. To provide intellectual assets in terms of qualified faculty for upcoming competent. To put in dedicated efforts to develop software skills in the students through programming, workshop, expert lectures and Industry-Institute interactions. To make students competent for higher studies and enhancing their employability in highly recognized techno- industries.
