The 3-year program (divided in six semesters) is meticulously designed and structured to equip students with the requisite knowledge, skills, and competence to become effective global hospitality professionals with leadership and administrative qualities. The program also involves experiential learning modules to help the students in acquiring technical know-how in the domains of Food Production, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office Operation and House Keeping. It also provides managerial skills in the areas of Application of Computers, Personality Development, Business Communication, Accounting for Hospitality & Tourism, Food Safety & Quality, Human Resource Management in Hospitality, Facility Planning, Strategic Management, and Marketing for Hospitality & Tourism.
